| pinot noir has small berries and thin skins and as carol bojou (a student from burgundy who assisted us with a harvest many years ago) taught us is that in comparison "she" is a red white wine due to natural lack of rough tannins and dense colour - like cabernet sauvignon for instance. therefore, our approach to pinot noir has always been to preserve the elegance and characteristic of this noble cultivar. with this brand new unwooded pinot noir, we are taking our commitment to this cultivar one step further, creating an even more elegant and accessible wine - appealing even to stubborn non red wine drinkers.
a great partner for pastas and salads, roast beef, lamb, duck. serve slightly chilled at 14°- 16°C. |
