2016 Unlabeled 7 Springs Syrah

Description

Delicious black- currant and blueberry flavours on the mid palate offering supple though firm tannins on the finish.  The length of this wine is good, with hints of white pepper and cloves lingering long after the wine has been swallowed.  Colour wise, it has a deep purple aspect in the glass, petering off into a deep, blood red colour when observed by candle light.

The perfect accompaniment to any stew or juicy fat piece of steak, this wine will also pair well with strong cheeses and even a chocolate and cinnamon desert.
