Totus wines are produced in harmony with nature. Each varietal reflects the unique soil, climatic and growing conditions of the vintage and expresses its own natural characteristics in the bottle.
A rich combination of ripe berry flavours with aromatic pepper and spice notes are complimented by balanced oak undertones. A full bodied and complex wine with a lingering aftertaste.
A blend of 93% Shiraz with the difference Mourvedre and Viognier. This wine is identical in composition to the Lourensford SMV 2021, which received 91 points from Tim Atkin and was awarded four and a half stars in the Platter’s Wine Guide.
