Description
Black currant flavours dominate both nose and palate. The nose is alluring, promising lots of dark fruit with hints of sweet cinnamon and cloves.Red plum notes add a layer of complexity to the palate and lengthens the enjoyment as it lingers on to the finish. The tannins are soft and plush giving the wine a lovely creamy texture. Grilled beef fillet, with De Meye cab red wine sauce.
