Grapes are hand harvested and naturally fermented. Only the best barrels get selected for each vintage. Matured for 20 months in 300 liter French oak barrels. Enticing aromas of black plums and ripe mulberries lead to an elegant palate with gentle tannins. The finish shows luscious persistence. Only 2370 bottles produced.
