Produced at the Gabb Family’s cellar, this Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on prime sites in the cooler coastal areas of South Africa’s Western Cape. With fruit handpicked and rigorously selected, this wine has been fermented in stainless steel with 3 months of lees contact for added complexity.
