A nod to the velds of South Africa – open, uncultivated grassy landscapes – this Sauvignon Blanc captures that wild untamed spirit in this vibrant bottling. Bright aromas and flavours of citrus and tropical fruit are balanced by a racy acidity which shines through on the mineral-tinged finish. Although an older vintage, wine is drinking beautifully now.
